Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Economy (under 5 lbs): $4.90 | Free on orders over $50
- Standard (under 1 lb): $6.90 | Standard (1–5 lbs): $9.90
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days (Economy), 3–5 business days (Standard)
International Shipping (EU & Worldwide) We ship to the European Union and select international destinations via USPS and DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Estimated delivery times for EU countries:
- Western EU (DE, FR, NL, BE, IE, ES, PT): 7–12 business days
- Nordic countries (DK, FI, SE): 8–14 business days
- Central/Eastern EU (AT, CZ, PL, IT): 8–14 business days
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Adversarial Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
EU Consumer Rights In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods without providing a reason. Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for full details on returns and cancellations.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sam@adversarialapparel.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
